This summer was the 'Start a million projects summer'. I feel like I literally started a million projects. So I sought help on a project, a logo for my PDF sewing patterns. You guys know my disease, the 'I can do that so there is no way I'm paying for it'.
Well I hated everything I was coming up with so much that I paid for it! I love love a blog called Crafty Mummy and read every post she ever puts out (because it comes straight to my inbox!). Well she did a guest post over at Key Lime digital designs, so I went over to see what Kendra had to offer. I really liked what I saw. So I signed up for her newsletter, and then she started appearing in my inbox.
Then one day out of the blue I decided I had a small amount in the pay pal account that I was going to ask her to do a logo for me. Only $50!
She sent me an email and told me when she would have time to work on it, told me how the payment would go and when I would receive some work, and made it clear that she would do some reworks if I need them. Sold, sold, sold!!
She first sent me these:
I loved the apple idea! I liked the two color idea, but for some reason I wanted a tree, so I emailed her back and she was great the next day I got these:
I love love them! Now to finish a couple of the million projects, I can now rework the covers of my PDF patterns, I can design a new banner for my Etsy shop and I can revisit that long lost website I haven't done with for several years! A new look and it didn't cost me all that much
Send Kendra an email if you need a logo or other digital work! She good and she's fast!

I love it too Sonia!!! I really, really like the tree. I think my favorite is the green eve but they are boy cute!
they all look so nice, I think my favorite one is the third one, it looks so mysterious. Maybe with some apples. I love the ones with the tree, I think they will appeal to a larger audience.
Good luck! your blog is looking FANTASTIC!!!
I too suffer from the "I can do it myself disease", so I haven't yet gotten to the point of paying someone for any logo work. These are great. She does really good work. I like all of them, but I really like the one with the tree.
Good luck finishing all of your projects!
Thank you CK. I like the green eve also - My daughter likes the brown tones.
Thank you Maria. The 3rd one does look very unique, but when I received the last two, I knew I liked those better.
Thank you, Jenn. I love your graphics and your logo's. I get to over critical with myself and can never come up with something I like. It's funny that our blogs have the same layout even the header, but yet look so different.
When I first checked out your blog I noticed we used the same layout. I really like this one because it gives a nice clean look.
I got the idea for my blog header from yours, as well as a couple of other blogs I read. I wanted to make a change and incorporate some of my photos in the header and thought this was a really good way to do it!
